Those icons are great, I especially love the Jon quotes!!! What program do you use to make icons? I have not yet mastered moving .gif making :(

Haha serious? Wow. I take that as a great compliment of my musical taste and am very very honoured. (YEAH! Decemberists are awesome!)

I use imageready to make gifs, because you can make the whole thing in photoshop and then just press "import to imageready" and do the last bit there. It transfers all the layers you've made, and you just make some frames, pick which layers you want visible in each frame, put a time on each frame and save. Awesome and easy.
