Aw, serious? Rocky Horror parties are a staple 'round my house. Where else do I get to pull out the fishnets and a top hat? The best is actually watching with people who haven't encountered Rocky Horror/VG/sexy cabaret androgeny before, they're so "hey, this is awesome! and funny!". I like it because it doesn't take itself seriously.
